Les just delivered and positioned perfectly the 16' BINS container. PODS was here yesterday and the driver could not set their 16' foot unit down due to their delivery system restrictions. So the PODS' driver left with the unit!

After PODS failed to deliver, I called BINS, and their container was delivered to me in less than 24 hours.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before choosing Bins for my storage and moving needs. I gauged everything from affordability, construction of the storage containers, method of delivery, and appearance of the storage containers themselves. Imagine my excitement when I discovered that there was one company that topped every category! Once the decision was made, I called Bins and was greeted by a friendly voice who guided me through the scheduling process (and answered all my questions). When the time came for the Bins to be delivered, Michael (who takes care of delivery and pick up) got in touch with me to let me know when he'd be arriving and was ON TIME! :) The Bins he carefully placed in my driveway was gorgeous: pristinely clean and so beautifully designed. My neighbors even commented on how great it looked! Bins sit on the ground, so as packed up my home, didn't have to lug all my heavy items up a ramp and into a dark one-day rental truck. My experience was calm, professional, and the staff at Bins made me smile over and over again throughout the process. The next time I move, Bins will be the first call I make!  

Bins was a very affordable option that took a ton of stress off of our shoulders during out move! It provided us with the ability to move at our own pace. Customer service was second to none, very responsive and provided us with what we needed, when we needed it. The best part-NOT A SINGLE ITEM BROKEN OR DAMAGED, very safe travel! Greg and his associates were friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating during our move. We just purchased our first home and using BINS made the moving experience and move itself a lot easier. We had never used one before so we didnt know what to expect. The move at your own pace idea is great! Way less stressful than renting a truck & having time limits. None of our items were broken or even shifted during transporting them! We would recommend them to anyone we know!  

I rarely write reviews because I'm rarely overly satisfied; I am generally underwhelmed by the level of service I receive from the vast majority of businesses. I'm writing this because I feel I got exceptional service from Columbus Bins. I am extremely happy with the flexibility, follow-up and follow through of the company. Moving is stressful and we had a particularly stressful move due to our closing being delayed with no known date until the very last minute, we found out hours before we were to close.

Through all the rescheduling and juggling of dates Columbus Bins was absolutely great to deal with. I gave them very little notice and expected they would not be able to meet the crazy schedule thrown at me. However, quite the opposite happened. They were able to exceed my expectations on every level. Greg was great to work with and their drivers were professional, courteous, and on-time!

This company got it right...while I hope to not need this service again for a long time, I would highly recommend Columbus Bins to anyone who wants fast, flexible, on-time, and convenient storage or to move their belongings. Far better than renting a truck to move!  

Awesome Company! When we were looking into portable storage I was pricing out PODS and BINS and we went with BINS because the customer service was unbeatable and the pricing was very reasonable. All my questions and emails were answered right away and they were extremely professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.  

Follow up to my bins experience. It was time to drop my bin off at my new house after a few months in storage. Once again Bins did a great job. Delivery was right on time, the driver worked with me to put the bin exactly where I wanted. The owner even contacted me to make sure everything went smooth. All the contents in my bin were in great shape, nothing at all damaged while with Bins. I would absolutely use them again.

Bins really went above the call of duty. Great service, great communication, easy pickup and delivery, and they even made special arrangements due to our unique situation! Would recommend them to anyone especially if you want quality service and a great peace of mind. Thank you Bins!  

WOW! That's the best adjective that I can use to describe this company. I had two rather complex moves within one year that required use of their bins (yes, plural). These guys managed the processed down to the smallest detail and worked hard to accommodate my time-frames and challenges with Bin locations. Even while the bins were stored, there were a few times when I needed immediate access to the unit. The unit was pulled down immediately and I was able to retrieve what I needed directly from their facilities. I researched the others and settled on these guys, if you are looking.. take my suggestion and utilize their services. KUDOS to these guys for a job well done and impeccable customer service!

My husband and I had sold our home and had a new home being built, but it wasn't complete when we had to move. I had researched Pods but had seen a lot of negative reviews about billing issues. I had seen one of our family friends who is a Realtor had used Bins so I asked her how she liked Bin and she said she loved working with Greg! So I decided that I would support a local small business and we were very pleased with that decision!!! What I liked was you only dealt with Greg and your delivery drivers. The Bin was clean and you got furniture pads for no extra charge. We rented a Bin for 5 months and when our Bin was delivered none of our furniture had shifted and nothing was broke!!! My husband was amazed at how easy and smooth the Bin was unloaded and placed so close to where we wanted it dropped! We will always use Bins and I highly recommend Bins. Greg went above and beyond for us and I am sure he does that for all of his customers!!!

A recently satisfied Bins customer rented two 16' Bins and one 5' Bin and stored for 8 months while downsizing and building a new condo. The 5' Bin stored all their patio furniture during the winter months and we delivered in the Spring. Both 16' Bins were delivered in January allowing them to move in to their new home in phases.

I would definitely recommend BINS to others. Drop off and pick up service was prompt and easily scheduled. The BIN was placed perfectly at both locations so that the other half of our driveway was useable. I liked that the interior of the BIN was clean and easy to pack with plenty of anchor points for tying down items. We were also happy that none of the load had shifted when we went to unpack at our new home. Having the BIN took a lot of stress out of the move for us. We were able to box up our small items at our own pace and clear the way for the movers to just come and get the big furniture. It worked out very well. Thanks for a great concept!

The Westerville Sunrise Rotary Club organizes two major events in the Wendy’s Chili Open and the Field of Heroes. These events are attended by thousands of people from all over Ohio and both events involve several days of logistics to setup. The pile of supplies and materials needed to pull off the events has grown to the point that it was taking several truck loads and days of time to pull things together and then store things away after the event. Our partnership with Bins has ended a lot of that. Now we have one location to organize and store our supplies. The bin is delivered to the event and with their unique loading/unloading technology set exactly where we need it. When things are finished and packed away the bin is picked up from the site and stored until we need to again.

Rotary is a totally volunteer organization and all our members have other jobs and responsibilities they have to deal with. Our events have grown to the point that sometimes there is not enough time in the day. The services provided by Bins has personally saved me countless hours and the need to run to multiple locations so that I might have time to address the other needs. I am not sure we could get it all done anymore without their help. I would personally recommend Bins services to anyone that is having to store and transport materials whether for non-profit events or business. Their service has always been professional and convenient and allows us the ability to efficient run and grow our events.

I could belive your were able this storage unit in this kind of space right in the heart of downtown German Village. I had PODS® come in earlier in the day and they actually couldn't set the unit down so they left because they couldn't accomodate a small downtown location.

BINS has been exceptionally responsive and very conscientious in their services to all my clients. I have found BINS to go above and beyond in most circumstances, yet be very affordable and competitive with their pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for portable storage of this nature. They are a very valuable asset to the moving and real estate industried.

This past summer we remodeled our home, including installing wood floors throughout the first floor. We had to take everything out of the first floor and moved it into a Bins storage container in the driveway. We had the container for slightly less than a month. Bins arrived when expected and was placed in the drive where we directed, with plenty of pads. It may not have been new, but it was close and was extremely clean. The Bin container was picked up shortly after we called and said we were done with it. Our experience with Bins in Columbus, Ohio was quite satisfactory. We will gladly refer them and use them again if necessary.

I recently rented from Bins and used the container for my things while I finished my garage. The Bins portable storage container fit very well in the driveway with room to park beside and behind it. The 10 foot container was the right size for all my stuff. I used it for about three weeks and when I called to let them know they could pick it up, they responded the next day and removed it. It was very clean on the inside and included several pads for my use. The rolling door worked very well and it was easy to lock up. I would definitely use bins again for my storage needs. Thank you,

I am very satisfied with my experience with Bins. Delivery and pickup of the mobile storage container was easy to schedule and very prompt. The container was clean and attractive. It didn't seem as if I had a dumpster in the driveway!! All of the people I dealt with were helpful and professional form helping me estimate the size of my Bins container to making sure the container was level in my driveway.
