These 2 photo’s shows how big a 5’ Bin really is…  we have 60 various size boxes easily fitting inside a 5’ Bin.  The idea is to pack and compartmentalize your Bin for maximum storage and moving efficiency.

Bins recently placed 2 large 16' Bins in a narrow two car driveway. Here we show delivering a 2nd 16' Bin and gently placing it beside the 1st Bin already on site. Then we move over the the 1st Bin, pick it up for transport back to our warehouse. By placing two Bins side by side saves Bins from making two trips to the customers house while saving them transportation fees. This is something our competitors can not do due to the design of their delivery and container systems. Just another reason to choose Bins!IMG 1849 IMG 1851 IMG 1853 IMG 1854

Below is an image of three Bins Containers sitting side-by-side at an apartment complex. No one can place containers closer than us. Our primary competitor needs approximately four feet in between their containers, but Bins only needs inches. Whether you are moving or need a place to store your belongings, Bins has you covered no matter how tight your space

When our competitors deliver their storage containers, they require two spaces in order to set the container down and retrieve it from the parking lot.  This is a major nuisance to other tenants and apartment managers, due to the lack of parking at apartments and condos. When Bins delivers their containers, they take up one spot and one spot only. Cars can park within inches of our Bin, and our lift system, fondly nicknamed "BigBin" can pick the container right out of the tight spot, never bothering tenants or bystanders.

Here is our competitor's container placed awkwardly in the middle of two parking spaces at an apartment complex. Competitors need about twelve feet on all sides in order for their trucks to be able to set the containers down.

Bins President Greg Tuel is proud to be a rider in the Columbus area's Pelotonia race with one goal in mind: to end cancer. Greg is riding for his mother, an uterine cancer survivor, and on Saturday, August 20, he will ride a total of one hundred and two miles amongst nearly five thousand riders all pedaling in hopes that one day a cure will be discovered. Bins partnered up with the Pelotonia foundation to provide three sixteen foot containers to be used at the race's Opening Ceremonies. With over eight million dollars raised for The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center- James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, the riders hope a cure is soon in sight.

The event kicks off on Friday, August 19 at 3 pm on the campus of Chemical Abstracts Service in Columbus, and riders depart at 7am Saturday morning aiming for Ohio University's campus in Athens, Ohio, a distance of 102 miles away. Riders pedal between 23 and 180 miles throughout the course of the weekend and will enjoy festivities on Ohio University's campus on Saturday night. For more information on Pelotonia and their goal to end cancer please visit www.pelotonia.org.

Bins® Moving and Storage prides itself on customer satisfaction and friendly service. Recently, Bins® placed a container at the household of Linda Foor, a self mover, as she transitioned to a new home. Linda had first contacted PODS®and they were unable to place a container in her tight squeeze of a driveway. Still seeking a solution, she contacted Bins® and they arrived promply to deliver her Bins® container with ease, placing it gently in her driveway.

Here's what she had to say about Bins®:
"I want to say thanks, really, it was basically a chain of odd events that brought me to Bins®, but I know I ended up with a better product, better service, and a better company (and a locally-based business, to me, that's what is important) than if PODS® had worked out. And you were all so nice and professional. What you've created just modernizes the PODS® concept and makes it more responsive: it adapts to people's lives rather than people having to adapt to the PODS® container. I wish you much success.

New location
Bins LLC needed a larger bin of its own.

They found their new warehouse located at 596 Claycraft Rd., Columbus, OH 43230.

The upstart mobile storage container company has moved its offices and warehouse from north Columbus to Gahanna. The move this week quadruples the company’s assembly and storage space and brings it one step closer to the goal of franchising, founder Greg Tuel said.

Schedule a pick up or drop off
When moving, timing is very important, and here at Bins Bring in Storage we understand that concept. We also value your time. We can deliver your moving bin from 8 am to 5pm Monday – Friday. All we ask is that you give us a two-hour window to make your delivery. We recommend that you have your storage container dropped of at your home during the week; this will give you more time to pack it up efficiently. We also suggest moving on a weekday when banks, utilities, and government offices are open.

Our portable moving units are water and weatherproof. And we use unique tie-down rings to secure your belongings and prevent shifting while moving.
When we drop off your storage unit, you can then use your own lock and key keep your bring in storage Bin private & secure, and you have the security of knowing that no one else will touch your stuff but you.

Typically moving and packing supplies are not included with most portable storage unit rental.

However Bins (gotbins.com) does offer complimentary furniture pads with each portable storage container rental whether you are moving to storage or to you new home. Always ensure that you have enough packing supplies. Affordable moving boxes of all shapes and sizes are easy to find when you go online and make your DIY move go much smoother. Be sure to stock up if you have a couple storage units. Always label every box on the side instead of the top. This will make it much easier to determine where they go if they are stacked on top of each other. Plus, this will help you get them in the correct rooms at the new house so that unpacking goes so much smoother.
